Different diameters and lengths are available depending on the application and necessary flow rate.

Use only the appropriate non-coring special puncture needles to puncture the silicone membranes of the port chambers. These are specially beveled to prevent silicone particle fragmentation and membrane puncture defects. Depending on the indication, the choice of the appropriate cannula diameter and its length is in responsibility of the physician.

A Luer-Lock connector allows connection to syringes, infusion systems, etc. with a 6% Luer taper for intravascular and hypodermic applications.

Patient group: Patients in need for long-term central access to the vascular system for the above applications.

Operator: Medical professionals (doctors, nurses) with appropriate training.
